The Denver Jazz Club established in 1954, and over 250 members strong.

Each 3rd Sunday of the month, the Denver Jazz Club hosts a professional band. There is cabaret-style seating, a dance floor and a cash bar. The UC Denver Claimjumpers usually perform from 1:30 until 2pm, and the Denver Jazz Club Youth All-Stars quite often perform in between the 2nd and 3rd sets of the professional band (usually around 4pm).
