The Boulder Friends of Jazz Jam Session is a unique opportunity for the musical public to practice their Traditional Jazz licks with solid professional musicians.The Boulder Friends of Jazz hires a rhythm section, or “back line” of three musicians to ensure that there will be good quality accompaniment for any musician who happens to drop in. All ages of musicians and vocalists are welcome. Dancers come and show your moves. Music includes swing, fox trot, waltz, and other ballroom fare.
